I don’t have private health or government funding. Can I still access services privately?
We know that not everyone has private health fund cover or a government funded package of care. We understand that some people prefer to pay privately for services as they receive them. Some people may also wish to pay for services whilst they wait for government funding approvals to come through.
Aurora Community provides a full range of services on a fee for service basis, you can contact one of our team members to discuss the support you need and we can provide you with a no obligation quote for the services.
What services can Aurora Community provide on a ‘fee for service’ basis?
Aurora Community offers an extensive range of services for you to choose from including:
- Nursing care
- Personal care
- Social support
- Referral to funded support services
- 24 hour care
- Respite care
- Domestic assistance
Do I have to sign a contract?
If you accept the quote for services we provide you with and wish to progress on to service delivery, we will prepare a Service Agreement for you to sign, this is important as it clearly outlines the services so there are no misunderstandings about your service.
So how will I pay for my services?
Our finance department will send you an invoice for the services you have received each month, you will find the payment options outlined clearly on the invoices.
What if I am unhappy with my service?
If at any time you have a concern about the service/s you receive please let us know so we can work with you to improve our performance. Providing a high quality service is very important to us.
