What happens if my regular staff member cannot attend?
Wherever possible you will have the same small team of staff supporting you but sometimes that’s not possible. For instance one of your usual staff member may take holidays or become unwell. In these instances we have other well-trained staff who will continue to provide you with the support you need.
If we need to send another staff member to support you for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the change.
I have complex clinical care needs, can you help me?
